John Shephard, who formerly worked at Benne's Steak House in downtown Clarksville, just couldn't let the vision for that restaurant die with its closure. He and his parents, Gary and Linda Shephard, have resuscitated the 107 Franklin St. fine-dining restaurant across from the Roxy Regional Theatre, re-labeling it "Edward's Steak House" in honor of Gary's father, who is the only remaining living parent of both Gary and Linda.
